If it is near the end of the year and you’re unsure if it is worth joining so late, consider the following.
If you join now, you can begin your genealogical journey immediately. The New Members Package and other exclusive member-only content will be available at your fingertips online. The Membership Chair will mail you all issues of the journal published so far this year (remaining issues for the year will be mailed when they are published). Should you find articles of interest listed in older issues of the East European Genealogist, you can order the journals online immediately. If you have questions, we are only an e-mail away and more than happy to help. Realize though that renewal time is still January 1.
Should you decide to wait until the new year to join, it means waiting for the benefits. Note that your first journal entitlement of the year is the spring issue, which is normally mailed in May. While you wait in the new year, we encourage you to browse the list of articles published in past issues and see if something piques your interest. Be sure to explore our on online offerings and feel free to ask for assistance.
So, why wait? We would love to have you as a member.
Membership is based on the calendar year (January 1 to December 31).The fee is $ per year and will include all journals for the year. Note that all non-Canadians pay in U.S. dollars. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
